The Sicilian dessert par excellence, and one of the best known abroad, made so everyone can enjoy it: a crisp shell of fried dough filled with rich cream, in a gluten-free version.

The range runs from 200g retail gift boxes to 1.5kg ready-to-serve catering trays, in pistachio, lemon, salted caramel, sour cherry, strawberry, hazelnut and white chocolate. Several varieties use a distinctive crunchy almond brittle shell.
