Carraro's organic line is the same Italian espresso craft applied to certified organic beans. This is the gentler of the two: nine parts Arabica to one part Robusta, so the cup leans sweet and round rather than sharp, with just enough Robusta to hold the crema together under pressure.
It pours a blonde crema streaked with cocoa, full in the body and sweet right through the finish. Notes of nut and roasted bread, the kind of espresso that takes milk without disappearing into it.

We import directly and rotate stock continuously, so you receive coffee well within its optimal freshness window. Each bag carries its production and best-before dates.
