The heaviest of Carraro's Bar Espresso line, 45% Arabica to 55% Robusta, built for cafés that want weight in the cup and a crema that holds through a shift.
Strong and well defined, full and round in the body, under a thick crema running nut to dark brown. Taken without sugar it shows its bitter side. With a little sugar the bitterness softens and notes of chocolate come forward.
Ideal for: espresso machines, bean-to-cup machines and moka pots.
Roasted and packed in Italy in a protected atmosphere for freshness, delivered fast across the UK.

All Carraro coffee is roasted and packed at the family roastery in Italy's Veneto region, then sealed in protective-atmosphere packaging to lock in aroma. We import directly and rotate stock continuously, so you receive coffee well within its optimal freshness window. Each bag carries its production and best-before dates.
