Carraro's organic line is the same Italian espresso craft applied to certified organic beans. This is the fuller of the two: seven parts Arabica to three parts Robusta, the classic Italian bar ratio, built for a shot with body and a bitterness that stays pleasant rather than harsh.
Full in the cup with a balanced finish, and a crema that holds. The higher Robusta gives it more backbone than the 90/10, which makes it the better choice if you drink espresso short and unsweetened, or if milk needs something to push against.

All Carraro coffee is roasted and packed at the family roastery in Italy's Veneto region, then sealed in protective-atmosphere packaging to lock in aroma. We import directly and rotate stock continuously, so you receive coffee well within its optimal freshness window. Each bag carries its production and best-before dates.
