How to store coffee?
To preserve your beans' fresh roasted flavour as long as possible, store them in an opaque, air-tight container at room temperature

How much caffeine is in decaf?
Decaffeination removes about 97% or more of the caffeine in coffee beans. A typical cup of decaf coffee has about 2 mg of caffeine, compared to a typical cup of regular coffee, which has about 95 mg of caffeine.

What is the difference between beans and roasted?
Roasting brings out the aroma and flavour that is locked inside the green coffee beans. Beans are stored green, a state in which they can be kept without loss of quality or taste. A green bean has none of the characteristics of a roasted bean -- it's soft and spongy to the bite and smells grassy.

Do the capsules you sell fit my machines?
Yes, our capsules are compatible with Nespresso® & Dolce Gusto® machines.

How to clean an espresso machine?
Debris, oils from the espresso beans and mineral deposits can collect in an espresso maker over time, so it's crucial to keep it clean. A well-maintained espresso machine can hit you with its best shot every time.

Do I need an account to be able to buy online?
No, you simply add the products to your shopping cart then you can go at check out, add your details and you're done.

Shipping
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to hygiene and food safety requirements, we regret that we are unable to accept return, exchange or refund for our coffee. However we will, at our discretion, review the situation within 7 days from goods receipt on the conditions that:
i. The product is still in its original condition and package.
ii. The original receipt is furnished.
iii. The issue is caused by a discrepancy between ordering and delivery.Please contact us first to review your case, we do not accept item sent to us without prior contact or arrangement.

What is the expected time for delivery?
Delivery lead time is around 3 to 5 working days.
Please contact us if you do not receive your coffee after 5 working days.

Do you ship internationally?
We don't have this option currently, but we're working on it and we'll try to add it soon.

What payment methods are accepted?
We're currently offering you the option to pay with PayPal, G Pay and Shop Pay, but we're continuously looking to improve and offer you the best shopping solutions.
